3.04. In addition to the documents described in section 69 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26), the secretary shall, at least 15 days prior to the date of closing of the poll, send each member of the Order a brief curriculum vitae of each candidate stating, in particular, his age, the date of his admission, and, where applicable, his principal activities within the Order.
